Pricing & Planning
Your renovation journey begins with a meeting with our renovation experts. Your remodeling expert will discuss your ideas, wants, and aspirations for your home, as well as any potential challenges that may occur during the remodeling process, during the planning session. They will also collaborate with you to develop a realistic budget that accounts for all prospective costs, such as materials, labor, and permit fees. Once the plan is finalized, you may begin the renovation process with the knowledge that you have made the first step toward constructing the house of your dreams.

Legal Permits
Our project managers have extensive experience navigating the complexities of local and ever-changing renovation laws. We have established a streamlined network to get all legal approval and permits from authorities, leaving you with nothing but to sign off and receive your approval. We ensure that the approval process runs smoothly and efficiently while keeping it cost-effective.

Design
In the designing state, one of our expert designers meet with you to discuss the development and scope of this renovation project. Our designer will help you create mood boards and capture your dream on paper before we dive into construction. During this phase, our designer will provide you with a detailed blueprint of the renovation plan, as well as ideas for how to incorporate your specific style into the design. The designer will also provide you with guidance on the materials, colors, and other element's that will be used in the renovation project. This is the last step before your project moves into construction.

Construction
At the Construction stage, your old structure is demolished. And we procured and install new material in your system. Also, we upgrade electrical and plumbing fixtures to support the structure your new home. Next new windows and doors are installed. A full structure remodeling is done to renovate every corner of your home according to your ideas and aesthetics. Lastly, carpentry, wall painting, and new furniture installation are done to bring your dream home into a living breathing place.

Final Reveal
Once all renovations are according your requirements, and everything in your new home is in its new place and functional; a final walk-through is scheduled with you. During this walk-through, the team will review every detail of the design and construction of your new space will be looked over. This includes the materials used, the structural changes, the finesse of the craftsmanship, and all other meticulous details, there were made to transform your dream into a reality.
